  • What are the shipping options?
    Currently, Sweet Papaya Arts offers free domestic shipping for the 48 contiguous states on original artwork. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or a US territory please contact the artist directly about shipping cost prior to purchase. If you would like expedited shipping or international shipping please contact the artist for cost and it will be billed separately. All of the gallery gifts and fine prints are assigned a shipping cost and will be shipped directly from the product designer. Shipping will happen 2 to 5 business days after payment has been made. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends. If you are in the Portland/Vancouver Area artists may deliver your art instead of shipping it. The artist will contact you directly via email or phone to make arrangements.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    The artists on this site take great care in the packaging their artwork, but if you do receive a piece that was damaged during shipping, we would require you to mail back the art work at your expense within 30 days of purchase, and after assessing the return artwork a refund will be processed straight away. Otherwise all sales are final.
  • How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
    The most easiest and effecient way to contact is through email (sweetpapayaarts@gmail.com), where we aim to reply back within 48 hours. You may also go to the artist's about page and send them a direct email.
